Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Levice. You will manage the recruitment process for your assigned searches, from kick-off meeting to final interviews, and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and candidate approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for assigned searches, from kick-off to final interviews, and offer negotiation and extension where local practice allows
• Advise hiring managers and hiring teams on recruitment strategy, channels, sources and best practices in candidate approach
• Sourcing and direct outreach to prospects, including via social media, and organise scheduling and candidate communication
• Ensure accurate and reliable data reporting, working closely with the local P&C team, Global Mobility and Taxes, and keeping ATS data up to date

Required profile

• 3+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant in an international environment, preferably in industry
• Proven recruitment experience, including hiring practices, work permits and salary expectations
• Experience with remote hiring across European countries and outside the EU (an advantage)
• Excellent English; any additional language is a plus
• Strong networking and negotiation skills, with a self-driven, resilient and customer-oriented style, combined with discretion and respect for processes

What we offer

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 1,900 EUR per month (minimum offered)
