Supply Quality Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Supply Quality Manager in Levice. The role covers quality planning for new equipment, supplier qualification and quality inspections, within a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the inspection test plan (ITP) for new equipment and manage quality control plans (QCP).
• Plan and lead quality inspections and resolve or escalate issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis at suppliers using A3/8D/DMAIC and create KPIs.
• Qualify new suppliers, focusing on BCC, and ensure quality documentation.
• Stay up to date on legal regulations, support the project team and improve processes.

Required profile

• Project management skills.
• Experience with ASME, PED, welding (CSWIP preferred) and non-destructive testing (EN ISO 9712/ASNT Level 2).
• Cross-cultural experience, especially with BCC suppliers.
• Multilingual with professional English at B2 level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QC, expediting and logistics in supply markets.
• Proficiency in technical drawings, ISO 9001 and managing multiple projects.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.

What we offer

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 2,600 EUR per month (minimum offered).
