Strategic RTR Process Manager

About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for a strategic Record‑to‑Report (RTR) Process Manager to lead end‑to‑end Balance Sheet, General Ledger accounting and statutory reporting across its global operations. The role focuses on harmonising, automating and continuously improving financial processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounting cycle.
• Standardise, harmonise and automate financial processes in line with KONE Finance and regional business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business goals and drive financial excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; CPA, CMA or equivalent highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including process management or transformation in a large multinational.
• Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with strategic thinking ability.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC (FICO, MM, FA) configuration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools.
• Experience using process automation tools and BS reconciliation solutions.
