Strategic RTR Process Manager – Finance

About the role

The Strategic RTR Process Manager will lead the end‑to‑end Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounting function, ensuring efficiency, compliance and alignment with KONE Finance and business objectives. This role drives standardisation, harmonisation and automation of financial processes across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounting.
• Ensure efficiency, compliance and alignment with KONE Finance and business objectives.
• Standardise, harmonise and automate financial processes while meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business goals and drive financial excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of finance experience with a focus on process management or transformation.
• Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of record‑to‑report processes in a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP ECC (FICO, MM, FA), S/4HANA, BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools.
• Familiarity with process automation tools.
