Store Manager – New Store Opening in Bratislava

About the role

JUST ONE, on behalf of a leading international beauty retailer, is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead the opening of a new store in Bratislava, Slovakia. The role is responsible for overall store management, driving customer satisfaction, achieving sales and profitability targets, and effectively leading the store team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store employees.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, coaching staff to reach targets.
• Oversee store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs and market insights.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and identify training needs.
• Handle employee and customer issues, including complaints and grievances.

Required profile

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
• Strong leadership abilities and business orientation.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
