About the role

The company is looking for an experienced site manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Nitra. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring technical quality, and managing budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, lead and coordinate construction works on site.
• Control volume, quality and technological discipline of the works.
• Maintain the construction diary and oversee master craftsmen.
• Prepare operational construction plans and ensure removal of deficiencies.
• Collaborate with preparation teams for hand‑over and commissioning.
• Compile work reports and documentation for invoicing.

Required profile

• Secondary school with graduation or higher technical education in construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site manager.
• Independent, communicative and able to lead a collective.
• Responsible for budget management and strong technical thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling.
• Construction budgeting and cost control.
