Statutory Finance Professional – Polish Language

About the role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated accounting professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our Statutory/Finance team (local GAAP Accounting Team). The role involves working with multinational clients and ensuring compliance with Polish GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conversion of accounts from US GAAP or IFRS to Polish GAAP and compile statutory financial statements.
• Assist clients in preparing documentation for financial statement compilation and support internal country‑compliance processes.
• Provide accounting documentation for audit purposes and act as the primary contact for Polish GAAP‑specific queries.
• Identify deficiencies in clients' internal processes, propose improvements, and ensure timely, compliant filing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and preferably Polish GAAP.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑border environments and adaptable to regulatory changes.
• EU passport and fluency in English and Polish (reading, writing, speaking).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
