About the role

The company is looking for a Facility Management Specialist to oversee both owned and leased premises in Bratislava. The role involves managing technical documentation, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth operation of all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive administration of company spaces, including technical documentation, regular inspections, and handling operational and emergency issues.
• Coordinate cleaning services, service requests, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Lead external partners for occupational safety and fire protection, plan and execute inspections of technical equipment (VTZ, electrical, fire protection) and resolve identified deficiencies.
• Support construction, renovation and relocation projects by coordinating suppliers, reviewing project documentation and ensuring uninterrupted progress.
• Oversee energy management, monitor consumption, negotiate contracts with suppliers and optimise costs.
• Prepare technical documentation for procurement, participate in tender processes and monitor contractual compliance.
• Handle environmental and asset management processes, including waste management and inventory of assets.
• Perform administrative tasks for the facilities department such as invoice processing, document archiving and preparation of internal records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility or property management, preferably with both owned and leased assets.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection regulations and technical equipment inspections.
• Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, manage projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Experience in energy consumption monitoring and cost optimisation.
• Good communication skills for interaction with landlords, service providers, public authorities and internal stakeholders.
