Solution Delivery Engineer – Biometric Solutions

About the role

The Solution Delivery Engineer is the technical owner of biometric solutions deployed for governments, law enforcement, border control and enterprises. This hands‑on engineering role works directly with customers, designing solutions, writing migration code, building tooling and explaining complex concepts in clear, non‑technical language.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement biometric solution deployments, including data migrations and custom tooling.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, delivering trainings and explaining APIs and integration details.
• Own end‑to‑end migration projects, produce quality, deduplication and accuracy analyses, and support proof‑of‑concepts.
• Become the technical reference for a solution cluster and lead multiple implementations in parallel.

Required profile

• Engineer comfortable with ambiguous problems, able to translate customer needs into scope, assumptions and risks.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Programming in Java, C#, Python, Go or similar.
• SQL and ability to read and understand database schemas.
• Experience with REST APIs, message queues, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS or similar cloud.
• Familiarity with biometric concepts such as enrollment, verification, matching and accuracy thresholds.
