ServiceNow Security Solution Architect

About the role

Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consulting firm with a ServiceNow Elite Partner status, is looking for a ServiceNow Security Solution Architect for its Cyber & Risk team in Bratislava. You will work with global companies from across Europe on advisory and implementation projects for Security Operations, Risk and Compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of key ServiceNow IRM and SecOps projects within the Devoteam Group.
• Provide technical leadership of the team: training, presentations and knowledge sharing.
• Handle pre-sales activities, product demos, proposal preparation and project estimation.
• Work on advisory and implementation projects for Security Operations, Risk and Compliance using ServiceNow SecOps and IRM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting or implementation experience in IT security, risk or compliance.
• Fluent English and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Advantages: international security projects, ServiceNow IRM or SecOps experience, an IT degree (cyber security focus), and German.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security trends and their application to cyber security issues.
• Understanding of standards such as ISO 2700x, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, GDPR.
• ServiceNow IRM and SecOps (advantage).
