Service Leader / Oblastný Vedúci Servisu

About the role

Join a leading multinational elevator and escalator company as a Service Leader, responsible for maintaining and expanding the service portfolio while leading a team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise personnel, routes, work schedules, training and OHS compliance for a small group of service technicians, motivating them to meet KPIs.
• Manage the service portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, handle repairs, contract relationships, price offers and complaints.
• Support sales and acquisition activities, provide regular result reporting and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing service solutions.
• Proven experience leading a work team.
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office) and a category B driving licence.
• English knowledge is an advantage.
