Service Designer (M/Ž)

About the role

The Service Designer will actively prepare and facilitate design sprints, involve clients and employees in the co‑creation of products, services and processes, and redesign customer journeys across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead design sprint workshops, ensuring active participation of customers and staff.
• Create, redesign and maintain customer journey maps and personas at various levels.
• Use data, insights and Voice‑of‑Customer feedback to prioritize pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the shared tool for recording customer journeys and oversee the updating of personas.
• Drive change initiatives that increase service quality and both external and internal client satisfaction.
• Support the dissemination and application of CX methods and tools throughout the bank.

Required profile

• University degree completed.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong client‑orientation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage Service Design projects from need identification to solution implementation.
• Experience with customer journey mapping, design thinking, research methods and insight generation.
• Knowledge of service‑design methodology and brainstorming techniques.
