About the role

PwC Tax is looking for an experienced senior accountant to join its Tax Management and Accounting Services department. You will work with multinational clients in a dynamic international environment, providing high‑level accounting and tax advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting and tax statements for multinational clients, including VAT and corporate tax calculations.
• Apply Slovak accounting standards and support the preparation of financial statements and ad‑hoc reports.
• Gain exposure to IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and Power BI to enhance productivity and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Slovak accounting standards and tax return preparation.
• English language at least B2 level.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues and strong time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven productivity tools is a plus.
