Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

Cat Digital, the digital and technology arm of Caterpillar Inc., is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join its team in Kosice, Slovakia. You will help establish the team's presence, organisation and culture to drive digital product development, working directly with Slovakia-based engineering leadership and Caterpillar in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities, including responsibilities, schedules and contingency plans, and direct and motivate the project team.
• Evaluate and manage deliverables so that service expectations are met.
• Support accurate capture of work items in MS Azure DevOps.
• Define business features from research and dealer/customer interviews, and assist with backlog definition and clarification.
• Understand capacity and resources, estimate delivery dates for Epics and Features, and manage commitments to business.
• Produce reports, status slides, process documentation and status updates.
• Represent the team in cross-functional status and planning meetings and work on complex application problems.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Agile roles such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Product Owner.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and techniques for scrum/sprint teams.
• Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to work independently and lead and mentor a team.
• Preferred: PSM, PSPO, PAL-E or SAFe certification; PMI or PMP preferred; financial industry background a plus.
