Senior Project Manager for Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional cloud initiatives. You will coordinate teams from sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT and technology to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolios and programs, ensuring delivery of strategic priorities and KPIs.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, allocate resources and develop schedules.
• Oversee hybrid (waterfall and agile) project execution, risk and change management.
• Communicate progress, milestones and KPI results to stakeholders, program owners and external suppliers.
• Supervise technical, organizational and financial aspects to meet timeframes and budget limits.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of project management experience, including remote team leadership.
• Master’s degree in IT or Business Administration and relevant certifications (IPMA C, Prince2, PMP, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven ability to handle change requests, risk registers, scope creep and cost management.
• Strong strategic thinking and systematic, structured approach.

Required skills

• Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Mural.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and IT terminology.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile (SAFe) methodologies.

• Basic gross salary starting from 3300 EUR per month, adjustable to experience.
