Senior Product Manager - Identity Security (m/f/n)

About the role

ESET is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and roadmap for its Identity Security portfolio. You will lead the development of capabilities such as Identity Threat Detection and Response, Identity Security Posture Management and risk‑adaptive authentication, helping customers protect identities and access.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for modules such as ITDR, ISPM, risk‑adaptive authentication and identity risk analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to design and deliver new product features.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
• Act as an identity security subject‑matter expert and present product strategy to internal leadership and external audiences.

Required profile

• Senior experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company, preferably with IT security focus.
• 2+ years experience with identity security solutions or technologies.
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
