Senior Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

As a Senior Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects) you will support transformation projects for financial‑service clients in Germany, primarily banks, insurers and investment firms. You will be part of PwC’s Slovak near‑shore team, working closely with PwC Germany and the local technology consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and coordinate digital and technology‑enabled transformation workstreams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and solution designs for client IT teams.
• Contribute to delivery planning, project governance and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments.
• Own specific workstreams, support decision‑making and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead initiatives such as branch network digital transformation, mapping current processes and defining new digital‑human workflows.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, asset/wealth management or consulting with deep knowledge of core banking, back‑ and middle‑office processes.
• Strong process analysis and modelling skills (As‑Is/To‑Be design, requirements definition).
• Interest in applying new technologies to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
• Professional proficiency in German (B2‑C1) and English (C1).
• Leadership potential, client‑focused attitude and a proactive learning mindset.
