Senior PPC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to manage a €3M+ annual paid media budget across global markets. You will be embedded in the team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence, focusing on Websupport and Active24, and will own the full funnel from click to customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Build the right media mix by selecting channels and campaign setups based on audience, product and market.
• Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into actionable campaigns, and lead external PPC resources.
• Own and scale paid channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and explore new platforms.
• Connect ad performance with business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue.
• Adapt strategies for international markets and create a systematic testing roadmap.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate testing and optimization.

Required profile

• Proven ability to take campaigns from idea through execution and evaluation.
• Experience managing complex multi‑market SaaS or freemium acquisition funnels.
• Commercial mindset focused on business growth beyond platform metrics.
• High autonomy, structured experimentation and clear communication in a matrix environment.
