Senior Piping Engineer

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-energy technology, is looking for a Senior Piping Engineer in Levice. The engineer leads technical discussions and manages tasks for project execution, making sure they meet contractual and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and manage tasks for project execution, aligned with contractual and technical requirements.
• Perform strength and stress calculations (EN13480, ASME B31.1, B31.3, etc.) using software tools such as ProBad and Rohr 2.
• Prepare and issue pipe class manuals, calculation reports and manage supports and hangers documentation.
• Work with NoBo inspectors, engineering teams and product managers during design, inspection and commissioning.
• Deliver high-quality documentation while complying with HSE requirements.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of industry experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, Waste-to-Energy or Renewable Energy.
• Strong experience preparing specifications for mechanical equipment or systems, and familiarity with CAE tools.
• Fluent English (minimum B2), written and spoken.
• Strong decision-making, ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations; experience in international teams is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus.
