Senior IT Application Developer

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is looking for a Senior IT Application Developer to design, build, and maintain in‑house software that connects ERP, data‑warehouse, and other business systems. You will translate business needs into robust tools, support users, and ensure applications meet HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications and interfaces.
• Gather requirements from business users and turn them into new tools, features, and applications.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Create documentation and deliver training to promote effective adoption.
• Drive application efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work independently and manage projects end‑to‑end.
• Fluent English; experience in large international organisations and engineering/energy sectors is a plus.
• German language skills are an advantage.

What we offer

• Indefinite employment contract with a 13th‑month salary and 5% annual bonus.
• Flexible working time (core 9:00‑15:00) and hybrid work mode (2 days remote per week).
