Senior Inside Sales Support Representative – German

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Support Representative to back‑office support our SMB sales team in Germany and Austria. The role will act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling quotes, contracts and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process quote renewals with sales reps, align quantities and prices, and manage approval workflow.
• Onboard new tools and define process efficiencies to increase sales‑facing time.
• Manage contract creation, validation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with functional teams such as pricing, logistics, finance and product management.
• Handle escalations, credit note creation and ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support sales productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar inside sales support role.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
