Senior Citrix Platform Engineer (SRE & Reliability)

You will ensure its stability, security, and performance while continuously improving automation, monitoring, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate, and continuously improve the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform.
• Support core components such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, PVS, NetScaler/ADC, and Ivanti UWM.
• Manage lifecycle activities including image updates, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability management, patching, and remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues and drive reliability improvements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform to reduce manual effort.
• Enhance monitoring with Grafana, Citrix Director, and ControlUp.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), including PVS and NetScaler/ADC.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with automation, troubleshooting, and analytical problem solving.
• Understanding of SRE principles, metrics, and operational excellence.
