Senior AdTech Program Consultant

About the role

As a Senior AdTech Program Consultant you will join Dell’s Marketing Technology team in Bratislava, helping to shape a data‑driven, AI‑powered, privacy‑first advertising ecosystem. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, build and operate platforms that enable customer intelligence, omni‑channel activation and modern marketing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve how advertising data is collected, integrated, measured and activated across Dell’s AdTech ecosystem.
• Partner with Paid Media, Data Engineering and Technology teams to deliver projects on campaign tracking, attribution, audience activation and platform integrations.
• Shape AdTech strategy, evaluate new technologies and improve data‑operational processes.
• Provide tools and insights that enable informed marketing and investment decisions.
• Influence stakeholders and evolve Dell’s advertising technology capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in advertising technology programs.
• Proven ability to deliver data‑driven, scalable solutions in a fast‑moving marketing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
