Salesperson – FMCG Business Development

About the role

Tiger Trade s.r.o. is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to work on‑site in the Bratislava Metropolitan Area. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) food and non‑food segments, while also managing existing accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, conduct outreach and present product offers.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends and competitors.
• Update CRM systems, prepare regular sales reports and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of building client relationships.
• Experience in FMCG, import/export or wholesale distribution, preferably in food and/or non‑food categories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present offers clearly and persuasively.
• Comfort with basic sales administration, including CRM use, order tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bratislava and travel as needed for meetings.
• Highly organized, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently as well as within cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Slovak or other European languages are a plus.
