Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant (Slovakia)

About the role

Join Deloitte Digital’s MarTech team to design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions for global brands. You will create personalized campaigns, customer journeys and landing pages while integrating marketing platforms with external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions, including campaigns, journeys and landing pages.
• Integrate platforms with APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data flow across the marketing ecosystem.
• Gather client requirements, prepare presentation materials and deliver solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as demos, proposal shaping and showcasing Deloitte’s capabilities.
• Coordinate with agile project teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform or Marketing Cloud).
• Strong interest in marketing, customer experience and AI‑powered engagement.
• Comfortable working in project environments and client‑facing activities.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email and willingness to work with simple personalization logic (AMPscript or Liquid).
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
