Sales Support Representative – Services (Europe & META)

About the role
The Sales Support Representative will support Lenovo’s sales teams across Europe and the META region, helping to streamline services‑sales processes and manage maintenance contracts from creation through renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Create, validate and maintain service contracts, ensuring correct terms and conditions.
- Register contracts, generate proposals and price quotes, and design/configure solutions.
- Prepare Statements of Work and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Analyse and resolve financial claims and support contract renewals.
- Continuously improve related systems and processes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, customer support or back‑office functions (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Business‑level proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
