Sales Specialist – Freight Forwarding

You want to make a difference and contribute to the future of a leading logistics company? We are looking for a professional in sales to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia, as a Sales Specialist (forwarding).

Key responsibilities

• Telephone contact with prospective customers for sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services and building long‑term business relationships.
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Cooperating closely with a Sales Representative in a tandem sales model.
• Creating and validating databases, identifying and prospecting potential customers.
• Supporting the servicing of existing customers within the assigned region.
• Maintaining customer records and reporting activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in conducting telephone sales conversations and customer outreach activities.
• Willingness to learn about the freight forwarding market, processes, and services.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take initiative.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong commitment to achieving goals.
