Sales Representative (Architectural Products)

About the role

The Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in the Nitra Region, Slovakia, promoting 1st Unispo’s portfolio of wall coverings, ceilings and acoustic solutions. You will actively prospect architects, designers, developers and investors, presenting product ranges and supporting projects from the first contact through to order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target customers in the architecture and construction sectors.
• Manage client relationships and conduct product presentations.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize quotations and offers.
• Follow up leads from initial contact to delivery, coordinating with assembly and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction, interior design or building materials, especially wall coverings, ceilings or acoustic products.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to learning.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Nitra Region and visit client locations as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
