Sales Manager – Team Leader for Seed Sales in Slovakia

About the role

The Sales Team Leader in Slovakia will lead, develop, and drive the performance of a team of Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets, growth and market share, while building long‑term customer relationships. The role also involves presenting professional and commercial information on seeds traded by the employer throughout the Slovak Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Set and monitor individual sales targets and evaluate performance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new Sales Representatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales standards and internal procedures.
• Take overall responsibility for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Monitor sales KPIs, analyse results and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide developmental feedback.
