About the role
Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer relationships and support sales growth for its Bratislava Business Centre.
Key responsibilities
- Set up quotations in cooperation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations.
- Manage teams during acquisition phases and implement modification costs.
- Develop and maintain business contacts across all customer departments.
- Act as primary customer contact, providing updates on purchasing strategies and technical development.
- Analyze customer demands and market trends to optimize product positioning.
- Collect and analyze data on customer satisfaction and support improvement measures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in an OEM customer‑facing role, preferably with Mercedes‑Benz.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Understanding of production and quality processes in the automotive industry.
- Commercial or technical knowledge of metal parts is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced level MS Excel
