Sales Executive – Drive Digitalization in Slovak Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to expand Dalux’s BIM‑based software portfolio across Slovakia. Based in Bratislava, you will work closely with international sales and customer‑success teams to identify new opportunities, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and onboard clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new construction‑industry prospects, understand their needs and match them with Dalux’s digital solutions.
• Manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Implement Dalux software at client sites, train Super Users both online and on‑site.
• Represent Dalux at conferences, trade shows, user events and webinars to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably to construction contractors or building owners.
• Strong understanding of the Slovak construction market and its digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with both strategic decision‑makers and technical end‑users.
• Fluent in Czech and English, spoken and written.
