Sales Controller

About the role

Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide is looking for a Sales Controller in Bratislava. You will prepare plans, analyse and communicate commercial investments, and coordinate sales planning with key customer managers, trade marketing managers and division heads.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare plans, analyse and communicate commercial investments to stakeholders, align reality with plans and identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate and monitor sales plans (gross sales, investments, net sales, margins) with key customer managers, trade marketing managers and customer team leads
• Align activities and plans with division managers, division controllers, the sales director and trade marketing managers in the monthly planning cycle
• Optimise commercial investments and improve the customer and product mix to increase margins
• Take part in sales and sales control projects, and ensure sales activities match financial processes so investments are monitored accurately and regulations are followed
• Help train the sales team through training, coaching and continuous analysis of investments and sales

Required profile

• University degree in finance, business administration or accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in sales controlling and/or finance (FMCG and international companies preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and logical skills; proactive approach
• Good knowledge of business and customers
• English at B1/B2 level

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
