RTR Process Manager – Record to Report

About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for a strategic RTR Process Manager to lead end‑to‑end Balance Sheet, General Ledger accounting and statutory reporting. The role will harmonise and automate financial processes across global operations while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounting cycle.
• Standardise, harmonise and automate financial processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align financial operations with KONE’s business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and internal audit requirements across all regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA, CMA or equivalent highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including process management or transformation in a large multinational.
• Proven track record of leading successful global process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Required skills

• SAP ECC (FICO, MM, FA) configuration and usage.
• S/4HANA financial modules.
• BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools.
• Business‑system reconciliation (BS) tools.
• Process automation tools for finance.
