Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Slovakia

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team for the eastern part of Slovakia, translating national strategy into regional actions and ensuring execution. This position combines field work, customer engagement and strategic planning within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the assigned team to meet sales and activity targets.
• Translate national strategy into regional priorities, objectives and action plans.
• Monitor performance through field visits, dual calls, feedback and coaching.
• Analyse sales results, market trends and competitor activity to propose corrective actions.
• Support daily field work, promotional activities and follow‑up of action plans.
• Collect and report field feedback to the Business Unit Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the regional budget responsibly and ensure compliance with internal regulations.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with field sales or people‑management experience considered an advantage.
• Fluent Slovak and communicative English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region and to Head Office.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, business‑oriented mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
• Result‑oriented, well‑organized and solution‑focused approach.
