Regional Sales Manager – East Slovakia

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the East Slovakia team for Servier Monde. You will translate national strategy into regional priorities and drive sales performance across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the assigned team to achieve sales and activity targets.
• Translate national strategy into regional objectives and action plans, ensuring effective implementation.
• Monitor performance through field visits, dual calls, feedback, coaching and development activities.
• Analyse sales results, market trends, customer segmentation and competitor activity to propose actions.
• Support daily field work, customer engagement, promotional activities and follow‑up of action plans.
• Collect and report field feedback and performance updates to the Business Unit Manager.
• Implement information and promotion strategy in the region and contribute insights to campaign preparation.
• Prepare and participate in regional meetings, workshops, conferences and professional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and ensure cooperation with internal departments.
• Manage the regional budget and expenses, ensuring compliance with ethics, compliance and pharmacovigilance regulations.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry; field sales or people‑management experience is an advantage.
• Fluent Slovak and communicative English.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region and to Head Office.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and business‑oriented mindset with ability to turn data into actions.
• Result‑oriented, well‑organized and solution‑focused approach.
• High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Good command of MS Office tools.
