Regional Market Manager – Industrial Filtration

About the role

As Regional Market Manager IF you will lead the sales of air filtration products across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will provide technical advice to authorized dealers and direct customers, develop market strategies and ensure the achievement of sales and gross‑profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full sales responsibility for the Czech Republic and Slovakia markets.
• Develop, implement and control marketing measures and budgets together with sales organisations.
• Introduce and continuously improve a dealer management system to monitor sales partners.
• Provide technical and application advice to key accounts using a value‑selling approach.
• Create operational plans, set pricing, delivery conditions, bonuses and discounts within the business area’s competence.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, sales or a related scientific field.
• Extensive experience in industrial sales, preferably in filtration.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office tools.
• Proficiency with SAP R3 (sales module).
• Technical understanding of gas turbine and compressor filtration applications.
