Recruitment Specialist – Multilingual (English + Greek/Romanian/Polish/Bulgarian/Croatian/Hebrew)

About the role

Our international HR services team in Bratislava is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean business unit. You will help find and attract top talent, guiding candidates through the full recruitment process and acting as a key communication partner both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Support the local Talent Acquisition Manager and specialists by sourcing candidates, analyzing CVs and conducting phone pre‑screenings.
• Manage candidate pools, schedule interviews and assessments, and maintain active communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Process administrative tasks in the internal HR system and coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed.
• Participate in employer branding activities and optional school collaborations based on business priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Fluent in Slovak and English; additional proficiency in Greek, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian or Hebrew is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization and solution‑focused mindset.
