Record to Report (R2R) Business Process Deputy Manager

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Record to Report (R2R) Business Process Deputy Manager to support the design, optimisation and governance of end‑to‑end finance processes across its international entities. The role will work closely with the R2R Local Process Leader, regional finance teams, IT and external partners such as Accenture, contributing to the global finance transformation and the migration to Oracle Fusion ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and standardise R2R processes, identifying automation and AI‑driven improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support harmonisation of payroll, project accounting and intercompany clearing house processes across regions, using data analytics to monitor performance.
• Assist the R2R LPL and IT teams in the transition from legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion ERP, including UAT support and user adoption.
• Act as a bridge between business users, process owners and IT, delivering training, communication and change‑management activities.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards, analyse metrics, flag issues and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or finance degree with strong experience in payroll, project accounting and, preferably, clearing‑house activities.
• Hands‑on experience in finance transformation projects and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural matrix environment.
