Quality Control Manager – Levice (Slovakia)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC organization at our Levice manufacturing site. The role will shape laboratory operations, strengthen quality systems, and drive compliance and performance in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary QC team to ensure raw materials, components, intermediates and finished products meet quality standards.
• Oversee analytical, microbiological and other testing activities in the laboratory.
• Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, ISO, medical device and cosmetics compliance across laboratory and manufacturing.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including AI‑enabled technologies and the Smart Lab.
• Collaborate with site quality leadership and cross‑functional partners to embed quality best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QC functions in a manufacturing or consumer‑health environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent people‑leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
