Project Support Specialist

About the role

Precision is a Clinical Research Organization focused on precision medicine and rare diseases. Due to continued growth we are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join the project team and provide cross‑functional support for efficient study management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or similar tools, ensuring updates are captured and distributed.
• Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take and circulate minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
• Perform activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) such as maintaining milestone dates, contact lists, enrolment projections, and submitting help‑desk tickets.
• Manage study‑specific training, training records, and identify gaps for escalation.
• Establish and maintain study‑level SharePoint sites, email boxes, and user access to study systems.
• Order study supplies, prepare study binders, and coordinate shipping.
• Maintain various study trackers and support communications to sites, investigators, and sponsors.

Required profile

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional‑level English communication.
• Working knowledge of ICH‑GCP, company SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation and attention to detail.
