Project Quality Leader

About the role

Join OPmobility’s Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia as a Project Quality Leader. You will act as the primary quality interface between the customer, plant, and project team, ensuring successful launch and ramp‑up of automotive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the customer quality interface and manage escalation of quality risks.
• Lead the APQP process, deploy customer‑specific requirements, and validate deliverables before customer presentation.
• Identify gaps in quality deliverables, communicate them to core teams, and escalate risks to the Program Manager and Customer Quality Manager.
• Support plant quality managers to embed efficient quality processes for production start‑up.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field, preferably Quality.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive quality experience.
• Advanced English; German is a plus.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
