Project Director – Clinical Trials (Oncology) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead oncology clinical trials for novel compounds. The role is fully remote and supports global or large studies, acting as a key liaison between the client and our cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and participating in proposal activities.
• Oversee all aspects of trial execution, including planning, procurement, budgeting, risk management, and closure.
• Manage study budgets, drive change orders, and ensure financial health and profitability of assigned projects.
• Lead internal and client meetings, set expectations, and drive study‑level strategies forward.
• Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, and implementation of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years of direct project management in Oncology.
• Degree in a science or health‑related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global studies or a portfolio of studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and ability to implement SOPs and quality standards.
