Product Manager (Fleet Management System)

About the role

Eurowag is building a unified Fleet Management System (FMS) and needs a Product Manager to own a product area such as fuel management, trip logs, alerts, driver terminal, live map, or partner integrations. You will work in a product trio with engineering and design, turning strategy into validated, shipped customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap and quarterly initiatives for the assigned product area, aligning with overall FMS strategy and OKRs.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, market analysis and prototype testing, formulate hypotheses and business cases.
• Own the product backlog in Jira, write epics and user stories, slice work into testable increments and manage release readiness.
• Specify integrations with partners (TMS, ERP, fuel, toll systems) and maintain the API contract, reviewing technical designs and data models.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success and marketing across multiple markets for training, enablement and pricing input.
• Define and track outcome metrics (adoption, retention, revenue, NPS) and contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner of a B2B SaaS product, preferably in logistics, telematics or fintech.
• Proven end‑to‑end product ownership experience with measurable outcomes (adoption, revenue, retention).
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with product analytics, SQL/BI and building business cases.
• Excellent English communication, able to write clear specs and present to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• REST / SOAP APIs, webhooks and streaming data integration.
• SQL and BI reporting tools.
• Jira and Confluence for agile delivery.
• Understanding of telematics data (CAN, tachograph, GNSS positioning) and cloud back‑end architectures.
• Experience with AI/ETA prediction and data‑driven features.
