Product Engineer – AI Operating System for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams to identify friction points.
• Build products end‑to‑end, taking features from idea through frontend, backend, testing, deployment and production monitoring.
• Create intuitive user experiences in partnership with designers, making complex short‑term rental operations easy to manage.
• Develop powerful automations and event‑driven workflows that eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Implement AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage, and pricing decisions.
• Connect the ecosystem by building reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature.
• Good judgment on usability, scope and technical trade‑offs.
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
