Process Manager – Source to Pay Transformation

About the role

KONE Business Services is seeking an experienced Process Manager to lead End‑to‑End Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives. You will own purchasing subprocesses, ensure seamless flow to invoice processing and payments, and report to the Head of KBS Source‑to‑Pay.

Key responsibilities

• Program manage E2E process transformation initiatives, focusing on the Purchasing HUB.
• Develop and maintain clear transformation roadmaps and ensure the KONE Way is documented and applied.
• Collaborate with Global Business Lines, Functions and Global Process Owners to define KPIs, standardize procedures and drive compliance.
• Support operating model development, monitor process performance and drive Lean improvements.
• Participate in AI, automation and harmonisation projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of international business experience in P2P, finance or sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage change in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Required skills

• SAP ERP and related P2P solutions.
