Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects) (m/f)

About the role

As a Process Consultant in Technology Consulting for German‑language projects, you will support banks, insurers and investment firms throughout complex transformation programmes, from analysis to implementation of technological and organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing back‑office and middle‑office processes and design solutions that drive digitisation, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Deploy modern technologies such as Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Process Mining.
• Take ownership within traditional and agile project structures, preparing data, presentations and decision‑making templates for management.
• Support specific optimisation projects, e.g., Service Desk optimisation, redesigning ITSM workflows and creating KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, business informatics, business engineering or a comparable field, or up to one year of experience in banking, asset/wealth management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills with a proactive learning mindset.
• Professional proficiency in German (B2‑C1) and English (C1).
• Interest in digital transformation, new technologies and willingness to learn tools such as RPA, Business Analytics and Process Mining.
