About the role

We are looking for a Construction Planner to join our expanding building company in Bratislava. The role involves comprehensive cost estimation, material scheduling and coordination of subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost calculations, budgets and material breakdowns aligned with the construction schedule.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Organise and coordinate technical preparation of projects, including processing technical documentation and specifications.
• Communicate with investors, suppliers and site supervisors to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Secondary education with a focus on construction technology or a higher technical degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in construction cost estimation and project documentation.
• Intermediate English (B2) and a valid driver’s licence (category B).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of MS Project.
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
