Power BI Developer

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and data models that support Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Worldwide Operations. The role covers the full BI lifecycle from gathering requirements to post‑production support, working with multiple internal and external data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Design scalable data models to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for global stakeholders.
• Implement data validation rules to ensure high accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance and WW Ops to gather requirements and align outputs.
• Lead BI projects through design sign‑off, development, testing, deployment and post‑production support.
• Provide training and support on dashboards and data interpretation.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting processes.
• Work with IT and WW Ops teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities for troubleshooting BI solutions.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external data sources.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
