Portfolio Enablement Manager – Digital Workplace Solutions (Europe & META)

About the role

Join Lenovo’s Europe and META Portfolio Enablement team to drive the launch and adoption of new Digital Workplace Solutions across the region. You will act as the bridge between global portfolio teams and regional sales organisations, ensuring offerings are market‑ready, localized, and positioned for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with worldwide offering teams throughout the development lifecycle and support successful rollout across Europe and META.
• Lead regional enablement activities for new Digital Workplace Solutions, ensuring sales readiness.
• Coordinate communication between offering developers, country leaders, business managers, sellers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Drive go‑to‑market readiness by providing sales teams with the right tools, content, resources, and messaging.
• Support localisation and adaptation of enablement materials for different markets.
• Collaborate with Learning Development teams and subject‑matter experts to deliver effective training and technical enablement content.
• Act as the Europe and META subject‑matter focal point post‑launch, gathering market insights and contributing to future portfolio development.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating projects, programs, or business initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, able to drive initiatives and deliver results without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
