Order Management Coordinator

About the role

Join the Customer Service Team supporting the Applied Equipment Business (HVAC) across Europe. You will coordinate large, project‑based orders and act as the link between customers, suppliers, factories and internal teams throughout the order‑to‑delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer sales orders, verify details, pricing, approvals and lead times.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturing locations and follow up on production and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate invoicing and shipping documentation while keeping customers and internal teams informed of progress or changes.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company standards and build professional relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Working proficiency in English and a structured, detail‑oriented approach.
• Confidence handling multiple tasks and systems with proactive communication.
• Good MS Office skills and relevant education or experience in administration, customer support or a similar area.
